We're glad you're here! MME is always seeking to expand the team. Below is some information that you might find useful related to our industry. To skip to the promoter's request form, click HERE.
Hosts
Hosts connect the artists and the venues, work out show dates, organize promotion, and pay for the whole project. They are the event planners and primary investors that make a show possible.
Artists
Artists are the talent that the whole show revolves around. A show typically consists of a main performance/headliner artist with a few other supporting artists. Artists usually work with an agent, who coordinate with the show host.
Venues
Venues are the setting for the artist to perform. This could be a club, festival ground, auditorium, amphitheater, warehouse, or any other place an artist can perform. The venue's team may handle the stage production, security, door and bar staff, but if not then it's the host's responsibility.
Promoters
Promoters spread the word. The goal of every show is to sell out, and in order for that to happen people have to know about it. The success of a show is highly dependent on the quality of its promoters. They usually work with the show host, but can also be in the teams of the venue or the artist.
Show Announcement to Show Day
Show Announcement is the day that the host(s), venue, artists, and promoters all coordinate to announce the show date. From date of announcement and up to show day, the promotion and marketing campaign is in full effect. On Show Day, promotion is being pushed throughout the day and up to show time. Energy is in the air. Attend the show and live it up!
